When did the city start allowing this? In the 90's we jumped from roofs,pilons,and rails into the icy cold water on stupid dares or whatever it was illegal lol and lots of kids got arrested for swimming in winter conditions. I think its a good idea growing up in port huron most of u know there is nothing really to do for the kids but to get in trouble. We mentioned something like this along time ago guess it takes 20+yrs for one us kids of to grow up and change the rules huh. Keep the fun going!
