@TheColdNorthWind the dane electro delay pedal i just couldnt find a decent demo on youtube, i need a cheap delay pedal n i found this DJ-17 but ive never hear about it

@gustavoviloria1987 Hi dude. most of my videos have it in to be honest! it's my main delay at the moment.. i've got a few more on vimeo.com too - what was is it you were wanting to hear? i know some of them don't oscilate but not sure if they're older versions. the guy who sold me mine said he hadn't tweaked it.

hey dude, are these danelectro pedal are made with iron, or like the fab pedals with plastic?

@suhijo they're plastic, but i've never had an issue with any of them. they're durable enough aslong as you're not planning on jumping on them. way more solid than the behringers.. which do feel breakable to me. and i usually play barefoot.

How did you get that smooth ''post-rockish'' sound?
I've tried with some delays and reverbs together but didn't get it this clean...

@RapeTheMessanger Cheers. just short delay, about 340-400ms with lots of repeats and tremolo picking. using the neck jazzmaster pickup. i think it's just about playing really softly and raising the picking strength when you want a bit of a crescendo.

@TheColdNorthWind Okay, thanks! But do you use two different delays at the same time? Or just the loopfunction on the E2?

@RapeTheMessanger The looper is playing the 'bass' part; the slow backing thing. then it's just guitar and the danelectro delay PB&J. with the delay feedback/repeats turned up high it creates a big mush of sound. maybe that's what you're hearing.. the way the PB&J repeats degenerate is pretty unique and bloody marvellous! :) (it replaced my Boss RE-20)
