Here it is. The ultimate kettlebell challenge. See if you have what it takes to make it through this hellish, unrelenting, 300+ rep workout! The goal of this workout is to get all of your reps done, in the least amount of time as possible.

There are four circuits. Each circuit consists of 5 exercises, each to be performed for 15 repetitions. Do not rest between exercises, and rest less than 3 minutes between circuits.

Circuit 1:
15 double swings
15 double snatch
15 front squats
15 double clean and press
15 ring push ups

circuit 2:
15 Overhead Jerks
15 Bent Over Rows
15 Front Squats
15 Double Snatch
15 Ring Push Ups

Circuit 3:
15 Thrusters(aka squat to press)
15 Rows(bodyweight or bent over)
15 Jump Shrugs
15 Double Swings
15 Push Ups on Kettlebells

Circuit 4:
10 Walking See Saw Press (L + R = 20) - sorry for type in vid!
25 Step Bear Crawl (L + R = 50)
10 Man Makers
50 Step Farmers Walk ( L + R = 100)
15 Push Ups

  • @DMOSSJJ I'd imagine the only time to beat would be the one you set the first time you do the circuit. It's all about your own improvement, not necessarily beating what someone else has done.

  • I dig. For people new to a KB, maybe one at a time.

    Just starting out wrist straps will help. You swing the KB wrong, it bite da wrist.
