@DMOSSJJ I'd imagine the only time to beat would be the one you set the first time you do the circuit. It's all about your own improvement, not necessarily beating what someone else has done.

I dig. For people new to a KB, maybe one at a time.
Just starting out wrist straps will help. You swing the KB wrong, it bite da wrist.

i do this circuit twice a week inbetween my gym sessions, kills me but i love it, seeing the benefits :)
