Once had a rainbow shark that was 'friendly' like this... started off holding algae wafers in my hand as bait and eventually it showed up whether or not the wafer was there.

@mia928 Thanks :)!! He was about 15-16 inches i think, I never measured him. The tank is 211gal/ 800L

@Darek12cool Regularly hand feed your fish.. maybe 1-2 times a week... Most fish will eventually eat from your hand. With pleco's it can take some time... and iv never managed to hand feed other types of pleco's.... only sailfins.
