Many women don't do their monthly breast self exams either because they don't know how to, or they are just frightened, or simply forget. This is a video showing you how to do your exam, and hopefully will someone out there. Early detection saves lives! DO YOUR EXAM EVERY MONTH! (Sorry for how I look during the exam, video was taken 1 day before my mastectomy and I hadn't been sleeping well)

I don't mean to sound like some pervert, but why did you choose to film this demonstration fully clothed? I'm not complaining; this question is being asked just out of curiosity. Whether it's because of sensitivity issues or whatnot, I'll understand your reason.

Well, I honestly think that a nude demonstration would be a little distracting, and not really add anyting to the demo. I don't even know if it would be allowed on YouTube, and could be submitted as an inappropriate video. I do have nude videos posted of what a womans body looks like after mastectomies and during reconstruction, but I think that women can get the point of how to do a breast exam by watching with a tank top on. I do my own breast examinations very often since my other passed away from breast cancer but I admit, I never really knew what I was doing. Thanks for posts such a good video. I learned a lot. :)

This is how I found my lump, but my lump was not hard to detect. You could feel it without much pressure at all.

I never did a breast self exam i just dont know what to look for exactly. I'm feeling pain in my left side right under my breast and it hurts so much everytime i laugh hard .. maybe because i have my period now . I'm gonna wait and check after it.
