Juuust a few things... Not pale enough, doesn't look creepy enough (which, in my opinion, in verryyy bad. I like Orochimaru because he's creepy...) and, honestly, the actual facial structure is wayyy off...

my first take of Orochimaru was that he was kinda andro and didnt appear human at all, i thought he was a chick at first,it was probably his weird voice though.

Orochimaru shouldn't look human. At all. This guy just looks like a creepy weirdo, that's it. Orochimaru should look creepy, but he shouldn't look human either. His physical appearance actually resembles that of a snake, so he should look like he's half snake. Somewhat like Voldemort in Harry Potter (but not that extensive). Some people actually think this guy is cute; that's a big red flag that this guy, wouldn't be a good Orochimaru.
