Bob Knight goes off

I was a news reporter before I got out of the biz... one thing that a lot of reporters do, especially rookie reporters, is they'll ask a question, any question- because they feel they have to get involved... even if it doesn't make sense. Sometimes, they'll throw something out there solely in the hopes of an unusual response. I can totally understand why Knight would get so angry. The questions are often irrelevant. Ironically, these reporters rarely played sports at all. It's funny.

i personally loved playing for coaches like bob knight, coaches who were so blunt about things...

we had a walk on that quit after our head coach gave him a number he didnt want then bitched him out about how hes not getting paid shit to play, how he aint nobody... i thought it was funny as fuck... our guy was disciplined. i wish more coaches were like this now days but everyones all afraid to get reported n shit like that
