Yep it was the paper feed path sensor. Had to push it back in place just like in the video. Thanks!!!

Great tip, I just fixed a Paper Jam error on a HP Laserjet 4015 printer. It was a small piece of paper that was so hide that I didn't see it not even disassembling the printer, Thanks so much !!!

Thank you so much! Some smart *** guy at work wouldn't help me, just offering snarky comments, so I was determined to figure it out. Your video saved my rep! lol last thing he said to me was "Keep at it, you'll figure it out sooner or later," and I replied, "Of course I will, I'm a GIRL!" Needless to say, the printer is working just fine now. (sticking tongue out at worthless guy) lol
The 13.20 is technically a power on jam. It could be just about any sensor anywhere in the printer in a wrong state. If the wrong fuser is installed, the sensor could be sending the wrong message (wrong sensor/different wiring) and thus give the error.
From our experience it's most commonly the paper sensor that's stuck.
If this error shows up after installing a new fuser, yes, verify you have the proper fuser installed.
