How to Clone iPhone Apps

Here is how to clone the application you want.

You will need:
Jailbroken iDevice
iFile
Installous
UDIDfaker
Iconrenamer

1.open ifile and click on the settings wheel and make sure "applications names" is turned on (IMPORTANT I FORGOT TO MENTION THIS IN THE VIDEO)

2.go to var/mobile/Applications
And find the application u want to clone!

3.open the application folder, click on edit and chose the .app folder, and copy it, click on done.

4. Go to var/mobile/documents/installous/downloads

5.we are going to make a new folder. Click on edit, then on the "+" name the folder "Payload" and click done.

6.open the Payload folder, click on edit and paste the .app folder.

7. Open the .app folder and look for the info.plist , click on it, click on "property list" click on the "CFBundleidentfier" and add a number to the end of the name for example if it says "imobsters" add 02 so now looks like this "imobsters02"

8.you can change the name of the application, just go to "displayname" and put what you want. (you can either do this or use iconrenamer as I did in the video, either way works)

9.now go back to the downloads folders where the "Payload" folder is, click on edit and choose the "Payload" folder click on zip( it's the option next to the "+" ), name it whatever the name of the app is.

10.once is done look at the brand new zip file , click on the blue circle with the white arrow,
To the right of the name,
Once that opens, click where the names is and change the "zip" to "ipa" then click done!

11. Open installous click on the downloads tab and your application should be there and just install it!

*If there's no downloads folder on ifile just go to installous and download something, that will create the folder!

Once your done you can use udidfaker to change the application udid and start a whole new account for storm8 games!

I get the same thing as Johnv2hb.  Followed instructions to the letter. and I get install failed : invalid IPA error.

@xxcachiaxxtv No that should not be happening and Ive never heard of that before... Did you follow all the steps? In my details I mentioned that I forgot one step in the video

Hi, I just installed UDIDfaker on my iPhone 4s. When I open UDIDfaker, it doesn't show the app that I want to change the UDIDon it... Instead, it comes up with other apps' UDID. Any suggestion please? Many thanks!!

Great video!! Many Thanks!! But I have one problem. I duplicated many of the same app and then i stacked them all up into one folder. I reopened the folder and it doesnt show. Do you any ways to remove the duplicates without resetting the ipod? Thanks!

And if I add another imobsters app folder in the payload folder do I rename it or overwrite it

I did all the steps and it worked :D but if I were to make another account after the one I just made would I use the same steps or would I have to change something ??
