Used since the 1970's? I'm 62 and my Grandfather had a tank he built for his windmill like this long before I was born. Only differnce being is that he used steel pipes as a mainframe and then wrapped them with chicken wire along with barbed wire on both sides of the pipe. We knocked what was left of the tank down in the late 80's when the Family sold the land.
