who does chloe think she is? she goes on and on about how she's moved on from billy....and has the nerve to freak out that he's seeing victoria? sure, he got married drunkenly but how exactly does it affect Delia, especially when the marriage is invalid? yeah chloe, you're 100% committed to Chance.

Love the three generation of Valentines sharing a tender moment. It was a beautiful scene. Billy is free to live his life, but he needs to grow up. He can't keep drinking and whoring his entire life. Deila will be able to understand one day, and she should feel proud of her Daddy not ashamed of him. It's sad to see that the man in her life that she can grow to be proud of is her cousin, Chance. Billy might visit her everyday, but Chance is there every morning and every night.

I am sorry that I cannot jump on the Victoria/Billy bandwagon. Acting like teenagers without a thought of how your actions affect your children and everyone else in your lives is not responsible behavior. Jt and Chloe have every right to be upset and for Billy not to get that even a little bit is why he will continue to be a mess. I will say that at least Victoria seems to feel a little remorse
