Psalm130 has no clue what you're talking about. You obviously have not studied the facts of the case involving the reunion of the two churches. Who are you to judge Patriarch Alexy? Can you read his heart? His thoughts:? Do you condemn him or the synod? Who are you to bring down judgement? If you feel hurt might I suggest repentance and a study of the facts surrounding the case.

This place in Jordanville has a special place in my heart. I was sent there at 17 17yrs ago a summer boy. I know I was disruptive to the monks and hung out with Wesley the mechanic to much and got kicked out for being stupid. My favorite Priest there reached out to me. He gave me a prayer book My life in Christ and the law of God(that changed my life.) I heard because of that summer they ended the summer boy program. I hope its still available because It founded truth in me forever.

I am a recent convert to Orthodoxy from Roman Catholicism (I was Chrismated into the Antiochian Orthodox Church on Nov. 8, 2009). I love youtube for having these clips of Orthodox music. I hope one day to make a pilgrimage to Jordanville (the priest who Chrismated me has a nephew who's a monk there).

There is some allegorical interpretation that is not wrong as such, just so long as it is realised that it is not doctrine, and is only one way of looking at things.
I certainly appreciate tyshan having posted this and I do not wish to cause offense. I just think that it is important to try and understand the faith better. Thank you.

I would love to be a priest, but alas I can't sing at all :(
How long is an average Divine Liturgy at HTM Jordanville? I heard that the daily Divine Liturgy is 2:15, a hierarchical one never less than 3 hours, excluding the Hours.

Yes--but who's counting--Heaven on earth has no time.
