if a person built a company, that person has a voice. but the company can not have its own voice, unless that voice is the person that runs it.

one person, one voice, one vote. the company can not also have a vote. it would be like voting twice.

Corporations are not people. Get the money out of politics! It's supposed to be "We the People", not "Whoever has the most money."

The PRA explicitly will take away the 13th amnd. rights when applied to incs. The inc could then be legally "enslaved". The natural persons under the contract of the inc, are bound by the contract clause (CC) of the const. to abide to the rules of the inc. Since the inc has been enslaved, it can be told to act by any means necessary, even illegal ones; it can't be legally responsible. It then acts as a legal shield between the owner and it's employees, effectively enslaving them through the CC.

Absolutely! Many corporations need to be tried for treason, & their assets seized. I knew a guy who owned a bus company & paid his fuel taxes at the pumps. The state of CA seized his company & put ppl out of work, just because he forgot to send in his receipts with his state return. It took YEARS for him to get the company back & destroyed his family. He paid his taxes & offered to show them the receipts,Didn't stop the state from getting a warrant to seize everything he owned & lien his house!

ANY corporation NOT paying their fair share of taxes by "offshorting"(taking money offshore for the sole purpose of avoiding taxes & because it affect our sovereign nation, it's TREASON, plain & simple! These ppl need to be tried for treason they committed that trashed our economy & those who profited from these acts need to go to prison & ALL taxes they avoided need to be collected, property seized & recovered from them, their families & friends they sent monies too, just like citizens

Federal Election Commission has often been credited for the creation of "super PACs", political action committees which make no contributions to candidates or parties and so can accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and unions, which is messed up. The 2 need to be divided. FAR too much corp. influence & violates the Constitution.

If corporations are people, then we need to try the people that control the corporations that aren't paying their fair share by running their money through elaborate schemes, keeping money offshore! Obama said they did NOT break the law, SO... WHY haven't these laws been changed???

Now, as a politician all he has to do is -stick to- this idea... And not be bought to change his thinking. Then we might have at least one congressman that doesn't value his wallet over the people, despite being elected by them.
