True Region Free Dreamcast - Modified Dev/Retail BIOS - No More Boot Discs!

Here's an awesome mod I recently discovered and have just completed. This is a Dreamcast mod which will make your Dreamcast 100% region free eliminating boot discs, modchips or rebooting/switching etc.

There are a number of ways to do this but I opted for the dual BIOS set-up where you can switch between modified and retail BIOS ROMs when/if needed (might be useful for future BIOS upgrades). This basically involves piggybacking a flash ROM onto the existing retail BIOS chip. You then have the option of booting a modified dev region free BIOS or the stock retail BIOS.
