McCain: Vladimir Putin is the President of Germany?

On Saturday (2/17/07) in a Town Hall Meeting in Des Moines, IA John McCain wrongly stated that Vladimir Putin is the President of Germany. Vladimir Putin is in fact the President of Russia.
