MS Viking XPRS - Departure From Tallinn During A Storm (15.10.2010) Assisted By Tug.

MS Viking XPRS filmed turning around in the port assisted by Calypso tugboat during the storm of 15.10.2010.

Wind speed : 22 - 26 M/S, with gusts up to 28.
Wind direction : 320 - 350 degrees.

14.10.2010 the ship arrived at the quay #12 at night, because the wind was too strong to attempt mooring at the quay #13. In case with a heavy northerly wind, the quay #12 has advantage over the quay #13, which lies on the opposite side of the basin, because the wind pushes the ship towards the quay, which makes the mooring much easier.
