  • You should try a low-voltage dc motor from like a fork lift and use deep cycle golf cart batteries, the high voltage just makes the motor fast rather than having more power like higher amperage does. It would be like going from a gas engine to a diesel, only electric wise :)

  • @MrTpengineer Yeah it is already using golf cart batteries, the higher voltage is so that it has enough torque at rpms high enough to keep it cool. The motor is the same construction as a forklift motor.

  • Harry righteous truck man fun times... Great video.

  • @PROTORAILPBALL on most fuel gauges, when you unhook the sending unit in the tank, it pegs out past full.

  • @harryman11 oh ok, never mind :)

  • Was the Factory Drivetrain pulled before or after this conversion was designed?

  • very nice video. great job on truck. we have dakota with 10 12 volt agm batts, 1221c curtis. hi lo motor. wish we kept clutch tho. shift like you do. just got it licensed.

  • wikked truck, very efficient, but the real question is can it drift?

  • Good news you will get new Nanotech battery A123 systems more powerful than Lithium-ion Powered ! The Nanotech battery quick charged in 5 mins get full , you will get about 450 miles range

  • How come the fuel gage says you got a full tank? This is just a big hoax isn't it.
