and for sound isolation, i stood infront of a drum set with my beats cranked fulll blast and the drums was loud, and it reduced the drums volume so you can only hear 20 30 precent of noise and you don't really need anymore sound isolation then that, so it even stood up to me being infront of a very loud band a guitar base and drum player and i could only hear 20 30 precent of the noise around me,

the only problem with these headphoes they are not build to last they break easy everyone has problem with them buy the insurence for them if you're geting them,
