How To:
Place your upper arms in the straps and allow your lower body to hang freely. Exhale as you raise your feet directly in front of you, forming an L shape. Focus on contracting your abs and maintaining a neutral or slightly rounded spine throughout the movement. Slowly lower your legs to starting position and repeat.
