Winnipeg is a complete shithole. If it's not freezing your balls off, it's roasting them. Mosquitos the size of birds, and the most ugly downtown on earth. The residents hide in their homes (mainly to save themselves from the Mars like temps). Why the FUCk would anybody live here?

As anyone can see, it's a beautiful, sedate urban landscape, rife with possibilities...
What's missing is the PEOPLE! Yes, city hall, JOB 1 is to populate this urbanscape with people - on foot.- sometimes known as pedestrians or residents... they anchor civilization, make a place liveable, enhance security and the economy.
It's really easy! Just LET people live and flourish here, and they will. WE CAN start now.

The whether was very good. It was not too hot or too cold. I recorded the video near the end of April 2009, so Winnipeg's whether is like 12 degrees Celsius at the time. There were no rain at the time, just sun going down that evening.
