@potsinfo I am definitely one of those people who, when I make videos - feel the need to apologize and sound SO breathy. It's awful!!

@RecoveringPotsy : I get SOB (shortness of breathe) climbing a flight of stairs, too. Sometimes have to stop in the middle landing and sit on a stool. The front driveway now seems like a huge hill to me, so I have learned to walk slower. There is still much information to learn about these symptoms. LoLv.

to answer your question, YES I have breathing issues and out of breath when I talk, just like you, I think you are on to something very important here. I also note 2 other pots patients have randomly said to the effect of " I'm out if breath just talking" and " sorry I'm out of breath" doing videos.

@potsinfo Isn't breathing controlled by the autonomic nervous system? If it is, then it would make sense why we struggle with shortness of breath. Drinking carbonated water did help the shortness of breath and tachycardia a bit! Pots is such a complex condition!!

I also have breathing issues-almost like I can't get enough air. It's so much worse in the morning though when my BP is low. I am going to try your carbonated water idea - so thank you so much for suggesting it! Your videos are so inspirational and you are such a wonderful person.
