quite interesting. if there is not enough space for an implant you just split the bone, fill the slot with bone powder and close the wound. after healing there ist more bone so the implant fits.

le recomiendo la técnica esbipro que yo diseñe, es menos traumática, más predecible y menos costosa, Me gustaría ver el resultado final, despues de la inserción de los implantes, si no se produce el secuestro de la tabla que ha fracturado.

No se necesita con la técnica esbipro, nada más que estimular el proceso de reparación celular, cuando usted intente insertar implantes en un lugar rellenado con osteoconductor, difilmente podrá insertar implantes querido colega.

@shdwfiend Oh and subcutaneous emphysema is not really an issue as this procedure is taking place inside the oral cavity, no where near the pleural or abdominal regions of the body. Any emphysema would quicky clear up in the oral cavity.
