Crossfit workout called the "Fran". Consists of 21 95lb thrusters and pull-ups, 15 thrusters and pull-ups and finally 9 thrusters and pull-ups. Insanely difficult exercise done by a friend. Sorry for the lack of footage, my camera was low on memory.
