Riccs / Vertical P-47 second flights

Now better video in nice weather. These are first flights for my friend for the P-47. There is a small crash as an result for flying too slow and big throws, which is not a good combination with an elliptical wing (or any WWII fighter).

Now with VarioProp scale propellor. 8,2 inch blades and set to 5 inch pitch (with varioprop hub you can adjust the pitch). Most of the time flying with around 1/3 throttle.
