Burma fighting for democracy is since over 40 years ago, but the world has very little knowledge. in 1988 (Before China uprising) the Burma junta killed more than 3000 liefs on the streets.

We, all people, needs free to talk, a better future for our countries and Justics for all ordinary people. we, as Burmese, Do hope for better changing for our countries Now. Vietnam will change. There is no question about it. But deep wounds from the war are still very strong. The people who sit in the government are still the one's flushed with socialist revolution 30 years ago. Their memories, passion, ideology, and hatred still direct the government. I agree with datadu that the new generation of Vietnamese youth will change Vietnam, especially the huge wave of Vietnamese students studying abroad right now. Their return will bring change, undoubtedly.
