  • Did you even realize that we only need to replace 25%-33% of the calories lost during exercise and that electrolyte drinks count. So 60-80% of your calories can come from fluid replacement drink. Be sure to pick one that has a 4:1 ratio of carbs to protein. So this is simple. Have a nutritional plan and STICK WITH IT. Great info!!

  • thats a good combo. i was on the Fonda diet. The Peter Fonda one, i would drink 4 beers, chase it with some LSD and follow up with 5 bomg hits

  • I agree. During my time with 'Team Satan' we developed a 4:1 blend of goat's blood and liquidised Anamita Muscaria mushroom.
