If a player sinks the called ball, in one of the 5 uncalled pockets, it gets spotted on the foot spot, & the shooter shoot's the next shot, from where the cue-ball's at.

This is misleading. If you don't hit a ball from your group first and then contact a rail with the cue ball or one of your balls the other player gets ball in hand. Also, in "tournament rules eightball" there are no clean and dirty rules you only call ball and pocket. I don't really think these guys are experts at anything.
