Estate++ has nothing to do with drafting legal documents. It stores legal documents electronically AFTER they are prepared by a professional. It is similar to an upload service or living will registry. It is nothing like a Will Maker or Legal Document creator. In fact, we never encourage users to create "do-it-yourself" legal documents. On our blog and in the product User Agreement it clearly states "Please contact a professional advisor for exact details on your specific situation".

IMHO this is a very poor business model and as such has a less than 10% chance of success.
The owners, among other things, lack the formal education/training necessary to make this work. Anyone who is preparing a will and doesn't employ an attorney who specializes in such things is a fool. The drafting of a will requires professional judgment. A lawyer can help you avoid pitfalls and choose the course best suited for your situation.
