I think Obama is actually not really against legalization. He just cant talk about it openly as a president. Check his speeches from 3-4 years ago. He knows all the negative effects of prohibition.
He just needs a lot of grassroot-force to start dealing with it.
I believe, in the next 4 years the USA have a better chance of legalizing then most other states

haha 5*. i like how after all of the facts and figures you replayed Obama's "online audience" soundbite lol. I don't think cannabis will ever be legalized because it alone can shut down hundreds of companies from oil to textile to pharmaceutical and the body of the governments lobbyists come from these areas. I do think however that as the truth spreads about cannabis, the public's efficacy of the Government will decrease and they'd be forced to legalize it if they don't want a Revolution.
