I found your comment on a video regarding left thumb twitching. Mine has been doing it for 2-3 weeks. I'm left hand dominant and a computer tech by profession.

Appeared one night out of nowhere and is pretty annoying, but no other symptoms to speak of. I'm wondering what I can do to help it heal and go away. No family of neurological. Any help appreciated?

Yeah this is happening to me as well! I do game a lot, maybe that's the cause.. I looked up this problem and apparently one cause of this is over-use of your hand (Please don't take that sexually). From looking at the comments it seems quite a few people are getting this now :/

I have this twitching from past couple of months but its getting worse these days. Is there any preventive action for this. I am worried these days. Please post your responses if you already visited a doctor on this issue. Thanks guys.

My right thumb is twitching right at this moment. I'm very stressed so, I think that's what's going on. Same as yours, though only all the time.
