Andy's case study was a great example of a private Chinese company coming to the US, picking up a distressed company inexpensively, getting credentials in the process, and then being able to bid on Middle Eastern work (becoming a true China-based MNC).
Questions from the callers were: does inbound M&A qualify for an investment visa (yes, but also for L-1's which is probably more efficient for big companies); also, how does an inventor protect himself with technology applied in China.
