You know rump, your "wolf boy" is actually free and not subject to those laws until he recieves a birth certificate. The certificate creates a corporate strawman that can be assigned a value and milked in the certificate of debt economy, with his signature ofcourse, because the real person is considered "lost at sea". This is why we are under admiralty law or ucc in court, if you sign for or stand for the corporate fiction.

The red tape is endless anymore. I am all about someone having an idea and turning it into a profit, but how the heck is someone who is on the lesser economic scale supposed to make their idea a reality. This country in the past has show that the mother of invention is necessity. Now,say, someone like me has an idea that could benifit alot of people and I can make a good living at it, I have to climb through alot of red tape and pay for permits that will bankrupt me before I start.
