@Andrew31479 - That's interesting to read. I am just now getting into the Biscuits (yes I know I'm late to the party) and my main reason for liking them is the jams. Even the songs - a lot of them bore me and I don't like them - but when they hit that certain groove/whatever - they are tops. Even my GF who likes The Dead and Phish and Panic cannot stand Bisco because of the terrible vocals

i agree with you sometimes theyre vioces sound alright but mostly its pretty bad...and phish is 100 times better...these guys learned everything they know from phish...and maybe the dead

I'm a musician and a music teacher with a music degree. I've seen the Disco Biscuits close to 30 times. I have listens to tons of shows. I know them personaly. Barber actually sat in with my old band a few years ago. These guys are without a doubt pioneers in the live jam/electronic genre, but their vocals are some of the worst out there. The thing is, they know it. They've gotten vocal lessons to try and help and it has a little, but they really don't care. The jams are more important
