@KeriLyn2980 Also....you can do up to 2 Tablespoons of Flaxseeds a day. More is not better they say. I put mine in my oatmeal....over fruit with almond, coconut or rice milk with walnuts and a splash of honey....or in my fruit smoothie with EAS Vanilla Soy protein powder from Walmart.

@KeriLyn2980 I didnt want to come across as bossy, but i didnt know either. Now your body will absorb them and they will do the trick. I dont buy mine already ground, because you have to keep them in the freezer and they dont last as long as the whole flax seeds. Whole Foods is the cheapest place to buy them....because they have the bulk bins. It's like $1.99 a lb! I bought a good 5 lbs last time!

wohoooooo i cant wait to see you go this year !!! i basically a plant based diet BUT lol i eat dairy :( ..sometimes i eat cream cheese on my half of a bagel thin and i eat cottage cheese and yogurt everyday :) ....other then that i rarely eat processed foods ...im going to watch the links now :)

Hi there, I've been watching your videos for awhile now, and was excited to hear that you're looking into a plant based food diet. I started doing it a few months ago, and it's been amazing. Check out my recent video about plant foods and juicing. It's made me lose cravings for junk, and I've lost 11 lbs. so far. Anyway, good luck!

You know...i believe you are going to do it this time. I can see you have the mind set. I just made hummus without tahini and spread some on a garden spinach herb wrap with shredded carrots, romaine lettuce and tomatoes. AMAZING! Hey....make sure you are grinding up the flax seeds, before eating them. They are not digested well, if they are not ground. I buy the seeds and i have a little cofffee grinder and grind them up in it.

@SherLynn40 That sounds awesome!! I did not know that about grinding flaxseed! I've just been dumping them in my oatmeal! I got your comment in an email earlier tonight and went right into the kitchen, grabbed the seeds and the magic bullet and went to town! NOW i will be getting the full benefits! LOL THANK YOU!!!
