I was hit and nearly killed by one in a unregistered car and no license and nothing happened - cops couldnt have find him - in fact they didnt even look. NOT TRUE! You can use the product and be able to read the plate. The camera can too read the plate but it is not your fault that the flash blinds the camera. I told the judge that my wife was driving and the car is registered to me alone and they had to let it go without fining me in court. This is a scam like most traffic stops to make money. I've driven in a dozen different countries and the USA is the most conservative of drivers and the lamest. Look at German, they are hell on wheels with less accidents than us. It's not about speed it's about incompetent drivers. I've also seen places with super low speed signs for a giving roadway.
