Yesterday Meek Mill covered the Philadelphia Daily News, dubbing him "Bad Rap" because of his new single "Amen" featuring Drake and the backlash it has been getting from religious organizations. Today Meek Mill called into Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 and argued with Philly Pastor Jomo K. Johnson about the song. Jomo K. Johnson will soon publish a book about Meek Mill and MMG accusing them of blasphemy. Listen to Meek Mill and Philly pastor Jomo K. Johnson's argument after the break.

Many rappers make songs that do glorify rape, guns, drugs, etc, but when someone calls them out on it, they get mad, but JESUS IS LORD

I can understand the anger Christians may have towards secular artists. However, Christians must do it out of love, grace and mercy. Although I do not agree with secular artists blaspheming the word of God, Christians should not attack them, lest they become a fool too. Besides Christians don't win battles by warring in the flesh, but it is through the Spirit they win battles, and at the end of the day all they can do is pray for them and let God handle it, because He is in control.

Not everyone wants to be Christian. Christianity promotes rape, homophobia, sexism, racism (how do you think they justified slavery?), misogyny, violence, murder, revenge...we can google that too. Dun dum...

The pastor didn't do this for publicity. He called Meek out because of how many people hear his messages and his influence on others. But instead of posing valid points, Meek just rambled on with the same phrases never letting others speak. Faith in humanity once again lost.
