this is just a movie, they are all taking it WAY too seriously, making films should be fun it's a dream job for most people just to be an extra let alone have lines or be part of the crew. Yes you should be serious for the material, but at the same time still be having fun. These guys are acting like its the third world war. I would tell Miss Tomlin and MR. Russel to calm down and consider that.

Hollywood wants to be taken seriously as professionals, but look at how silly this man acts in the workplace. What a joke he is. And he makes Hollywood look like a joke.

They worked together for 2010's The Fighter. Apparently, there was no disputes.

Completely. This same director has worked with Mark Walberg in another occasion on a film called four kings, and he's been quoted as saying that this guy did the same thing to Ice Cube... Almost got his ass beat.
