You cant join the outcast
I think they put them in fallout for the awesome power armour they have or something..maybe they wanted more ''kool'' guys i donno
The only way u can help the outcast is at the fort of independence (i think it was) and then u collect technoligy for them...

i dont get it why the outcast hate u after completing ancorage
but the brotherhood of steel r still good

so what is the point of the outcasts? can you join them or something? i met them when i was being over run by super mutent brutes with mini guns, then i saw laser fire and it was them and they just keep telling me to leave them alone and then another squad showed up after i followed the first squad. is there an explination?

OWCH, do the glitch at begining where you can get power armour and wear it, and tbh how you get so good quality?
