My life has improved so much since giving up on tv years ago. I still get my entertainment off the computer but I choose what I'm exposed to, not the media. Commercial and cable tv is pure trash. It's sex and violence based and appeals to the lowest mentality. And how many tv commercials do you suppose people are exposed to in a year? Depression medication anyone? How many thousands of hours have we wasted our lives on this mind numbing addiction? Haven't we been lab rats long enough?
