@cutypie12 There are tons of Americans who love John. I am one of them. We're not going to get into a who is a bigger fan in America of him....because I can spew facts that would make your head spin.

(like the amount of money we spent to go see him at a con in Chicago, and then he couldn't even make it because he screwed up his ankle. :P )

I would really like to hear him, live, after he's had a month or two in the role to really find the voice. Studio recordings are one thing, and this is fantastic, but he'd probably be even more awesome after he'd played the role for a while.

I need to get some of his CDs.

@kittybirg Well John played the beast many years ago. But this is the only live recording he's done of him singing in that role.

I can't see him as the Beast, but definatley Phantom... not perfect for the part, but a great cover, and his voice still gives me goosebumps... He still performs this song with perfection, he does it with his John Barrowman twist, not a Beastly tone.... I LOVE YOU JOHN BARROWMAN!!!!!!!!!

I almost cried when I found out he was in phantom (or did a cover anyway).... because he had the wrong role.

I found a cover of him for "All I ask of You". I hate raoul, but then JB made me think he was perfect. then I felt guilty for betraying the phantom, and then i felt stupid about feeling guilty. and ithen I hit repeat because his voice is sooooo addicting.
