Mupen64GC svn 370

Just a short video of F-Zero X running in Mupen64GC (aka Wii64) on a Gamecube console. I'm making this video to show off the recent graphics improvements in the GX port of glN64 courtesy of sepp256 and the improved sound.

Of course, this is slow due to the emulator still using an interpreter instead of recompiling the code (this is coming soon too), which should hopefully give us full FPS.

This is with code built from the SVN, you may also build it yourself and try it out, however we strongly recommend waiting for our more stable releases which are released by us to the public.

GCN -- Mupen64GC_alpha_r200. Could you perhaps tell me what the difference is between the one I've downloaded, and the Mupen64GC svn 370 in the title of this video?

Graphics have improved, some underlying stuff too. The Dynamic Recompiler is not completed yet, this video is still showing F-Zero X with the pure interpreter in use.

crap I thought that was using the dynarec!! that's like 70% of fullspeed, nice! And that's on the Cube... it will be a little faster on the Wii right?

:o wow that really is impressive at first in all honesty when I read at tehskeen you were porting Mupen64 I was skeptical and thought... Why not PJ64? But now I am truly "SOLD" on mupen I cant wait to see this reach fruition its already quite impressive! and we all wait with baited breath Emu_Kidd gr8 work thanks

great work Emu_Kidd I am a huge fan of your homebrew emulators they are by far the most impressive releases on the wii and gc! I cant wait for wiisx and wii64 to get a dynamic comp release then at least the bust-a-move fun can begin! lol (noticed it actually runs at 60fps for a bit even on the tiizer edition channel i use! thanks for the video subscribed! keep us updated brother!
