Hi , I am Chuck from Tullahoma , Tn. I made a You-tube video for a late mothers day gift after we lost 2 friends in Phil Cambell April 2011. My family is from Russiville Ala. In 2010 , I had a suggestion documented on how to PREVENT a tornado from touching the ground by a method that had not been thought of before. My approach is totally out of the box. The tornado was 10 min away from me I have friends that are dead some that have lost everything and some friends still missing. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. RIP to the ones that have lost there lives.
