I second ambasciatoreUE: I myself saw it in Brussels several times (the last time I saw it it was pretty badly lit, I don't know why). R. H. Marinijssen (an authority on Brueghel) gives the date of composition as 1565, so it cannot be "the Younger", either. Moreover, both the original and the reproduction in my book is pretty monochrome (ground and sky the same light brown) and much better. Nice presentation, but would have been better with a more faithful copy and accurate information.

I think this masterpiece was painted by Pieter Brueghel the elder, and it's now in the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna. Moreover, it's not Holland, but Flanders, in Belgium!

hot chocolate? You must be joking!

like your enthousiastic way of give comment... Breugel (the elder) was popular in his days, his earlier works in the style of Hieronymus Bosch were far more interesting (to my opinion)
