I believe you erred at around the 24:00 mark. The owner only pays taxes if he's a corporate owner. Private business owners are also nontaxpayers unless they enjoin themselves in some other way.

Watch Bill Thornton's "Show Me the Law!" video (search here on YT). To fight the IRS proper, you challenge their jurisdiction in State court, filing the challenge in a COURT OF RECORD (operating according to the common law). They can't overcome your jurisdictional claim, so it goes away. They sue you in civil because they claim you have a contract with them, and if you signed a W4 or 1041 or whatever then you did. If they have you in their jurisdiction then you already lost.
