@Lopperopoly hey nerd he didnt ask why he has a big right hand or why they call him right hand of doom! He just asked why on this part the big one is his left hand while normally his right hand is the big one!

@ArchangelTwiz The 'right hand of doom' means that he's doom's right hand man. It's a common idiom; they use it in Resident Evil 4:
I've sent my right hand after you!
Your right hand comes off?
It means the first mate, the second in command, the head henchman.
