you can run compiz effect on integrated graphic card :D it means you need basic (cheap) hardware. Install Ubuntu OS its easy and best linux system.

Ubuntu comes with all the effects installed, but they aren't enabled. Open up Add/Remove Programs (or the Software Store if you're in Karmic) and install CompizConfig-Settings-Manager. Then, you can enable any effects that aren't already by clicking the checkbox. For the cube you'll want to enable Cube and Rotate Cube, and maybe Cube Reflection and Distortion. Experiment with it. Have fun!

yes i know that but it says i have to push ctrl and alt and when i do it only spinns and i cant see the 3d par of the cube :P

Oh yeah, well you have to change the desktop size to 4 from 2, it's in General>Desktop size in CCSM.
