@ESPxTele If you do want to listen. You don't have to watch it...."Ba baaaa, baaa" how ignorant!! This posting is for people who want to know the gospel truth. If you don't want to know about the truth, so be it.
After many years as a Pentecostal, I simply dont believe this any longer. Salvation is not works based. If being baptised with this formula is necessary for salvation, then Christ's attoning death on the cross was not good enough to save. I can't believe that. It is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone that we are saved. Baptism is a sign of obedience which every true believer should acknowledge. God bless you brother. And, I enjoy the posts about your nephew. Yours in Christ.
I agree! Jesus himself was baptized and the spirit descended on him like a dove and lighting. So if Jesus is the master and we are the servants, is the servant greater than the master that we only have to believe with faith and no works? faith with no works is dead but baptism in Jesus's name and being filled with the holy ghost is that work we must complete to be born of the water and of the spirit to enter into the kingdom of heaven. IT IS TIME TO SERVE THE LORD! Grace, mercy and peace 2 u all
"And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." Revelation 7:14 .... Hmmmmmm, that's funny... It says here that their stain was washed away in THE BLOOD. God must have forgotten to mention being baptized in Jesus' name... Oh yeah, that's because water baptism has nothing to do with ones salvation. It is faith in the blood that cleanses from sin, you legalis
@ObjectiveBob baptism is always connected with belief (Ma 16:15-17) and Jesus' name (Acts 2:38-22:16; Gal. 3:26-28, John 3:5-17, 10:9, 14:6; Col 2:12, 3:17; Titus 3:5; 1 Pe 3:21). Faith apart from action is dead (Ja 2:15-26; 1 Jo 3:16-18; Jo 6:29). Are you telling us here that your an unbeliever? You do noy have enough faith to believe and obey the word (Jo 14:15, 15:14). Baptism was always done in the only saving all powere filled name of Jesus Christ and commanded name for every word or deed.
Great preaching, Mark 16:16

legalistic nutcase. Get saved, because if your faith is in water baptism, then you might need to reconsider your position in Christ.
