Le Serpent Rouge / Parisian Ghetto bug that lets you access the Secret Training Level

I read about this one a while ago on Stella's site (http://www.tombraiders.net) but haven't tried it until now because I had a trainer that let me into the unfinished bits of The Parisian Back Streets.


Basically, just after you exit Le Serpent Rouge, if you point Lara in the direction shown in the video (facing toward the edge of the platform with the ladder, but slightly to the left) and make her crouch and move forward, it sends you back to the first level, who knows why (it makes about as much sense as anything else in the game). Then when you get to the end of The Parisian Back Streets, the cut scene won't trigger when you get to the bottom of the ladder and you can run around to your heart's content.

My game is for PC, so I don't know if this works for the PS2 version too.

Well, by means of time paradox, you solved the problem of the first level. Nice.

on ps2, if you do a level skip to Parisian backstreets, the end when you climb down the later, the cut scene doesn't work allowing you to explore the area. or there's also trscu.

@shrensh I found out there is a way for ps2! on that site where it explains how to for pc if u scroll down on the way how to get into the level it also explains the way for ps2.
