How To Remove a Diva Cup Menstrual Cup

This video will show you how to remove a full Diva Cup menstraual cup. It will be similar as Soft Cup, Moon Cup, Lady Cup, Femmecup, and Miacup. They all work similarly. Basically you pinch and twist it. Of couse I demonstrate using a shot glass of whiskey.

usually twice a day, maybe more on a heavier day. I think it all depends on you and I'm sure other people have had different experiences.

yeah try the meluna it is probably the smallest menstrual cup out there. a little difficult to get in the states, go to the menstrual cup livejournal community and they might be able to help you out

When it pops open you should feel a little *pop* against your vaginal wall. If you're not sure if it's open try twisting it around and pushing in on the side of the cup. If you can feel all the way around the cup and it feels round and smooth then it is probably open. Don't be afraid to move around once you've put it in because that will get it situated. If you're a virgin and you pulled it out like the video suggested then you could've torn your hymen a bit, which isn't dangerous, but painful.
