I couldnt find any girl workouts and they lied about the free dvd that was supposed to come with the sale so im doing the guy workout.. This one is probably more effective anyways..

@C4CHRISTIAN It really works... Make sure you eat right... carbs in the morning and protein and veggies in the afternoon and evening... I'd do the routine 2 or 3 times a day... just make sure you stabilize and do the whole workout... even if it's hard, you will get better from practicing doing it right...

@HanbruderBananaBob It really works... I'm bigger now, but I box and do other exercises... but this video is just a proper diet, & shake weight... I also was doing sit ups every now and then...

@keero16 do crunches... try to do 4 sets of 50 a day...
